Return Policy

All returns must be initiated within 21 days from the date of receiving your merchandise.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@roomdividersnow.com for an RMA number. Please return the item with the RMA number clearly identified, in large print, on the outside of the package and also taped to the item. Packages received without the RMA on the outside of the package will be refused.

Credit less shipping costs will be issued through Authorize.Net to the account charged for the purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition for credit.

Shipping Policy

Shipped products originate from Illinois or in some cases dropped shipped direct from the manufacturer. 

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise arranged.

For Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select, you may select the shipping option of your choice during check out.

Ground orders generally ship within 2 business days of order placement. Expedited orders ship the next business day at the latest.

Saturdays and Sundays are not included as a delivery days for any shipping method including expedited shipping. Please call if you require delivery on Saturday as an additional charge will apply.

Privacy Policy

The security of your personal information is a high priority. We have taken numerous steps to ensure that orders are processed confidentially, accurately, and securely. Your credit card information when placing an order with RoomDividersNow is protected using industry standard, Authorize.Net for payment processing.

Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) acquired from your order form is used only to complete your order. Your financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, etc.) is collected and used exclusively by Authorize.Net for billing purposes only. RoomDividersNow does not have access to your payment information. It is completely secured through the Authorize.Net payment processing system which has become a national standard for internet financial transactions.

RoomDividersNow does not require 'membership' in order to purchase our products. Your privacy is our priority.
