I would like to return the shelves. They are difficult to assemble and are smaller that I thought.
I ordered the shelves and received a box with a slight hole in it. Turns out I was missing an upright connector that only prevented from fully installing both shelves. I asked customer service for a replacement part and keep being told that they don't have a process to send me one.. The only thing they can do is send me a replacement shelf if I disassemble and send back to them. The prices are fine if no problems exist. But if there is one, you will learn how quickly how terrible RON'S customer service really is.
