The G-Rack Boltless Workbench Range can hold a massive 300KG per shelf when evenly loaded, thats a huge 600KG per workbench.

Each workbench is manufactured to our design and specification using a steel frame with rolled edge legs for extra strength, twin beam ties under each shelf level to give extra support to each shelf and 6.8mm thick MDF boards to help spread the load across the frame with our bowing or sagging.

All our workbenches are boltless and can be assembled in minutes using just a rubber mallet, no more nuts and bolts to mess on with during assembly.

The powder coated finish on the steel gives a professional look that suits many environments from garages, sheds and workshops, to stock rooms, warehouses and offices.

If you are using your workbench in an area of high damp or humidity, or if there's a chance that they might become wet, then you should paint or varnish your MDF boards with any oil-based wood finish product to add further protection. Ensuring use in a ventilated area is also recommended.
