Shipping Policy

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We ship to all US states and territories, except: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• On the following days, our warehouse is closed – please expect minor delays until your order arrives: New Year, Memorial Day, Shauvot, Independence Day, Labor Day, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Please note: Depending on the warehouse shipping the order and your address, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
• Estimated delivery time for US domestic shipping is 2-6 days.
• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
• Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return Policy

• You may return any product purchased from Room Dividers Dev for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• To return a product, please contact our customer service team and they will provide you with a return shipping label.
• All returned products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
• We will not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged.
• Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Damages

• If you received your order damaged, please document the damage and reach out to our customer service team. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
