You e-mail me stating "we fulfilled your order...." not once but twice. Had you looked at the tracking you would see that not once but twice your order failed to arrive and I had to track it down and contact you - despite the fact the shipper states they notified you.
Very disappointed:
• 12/12/23 I place the order
• 12/19/23 UPS “claims” they told you the order was broken in transit
• 1/4/24 I find out the order was broken and not delivered and have to contact you.
• 1/5/24 a replacement is sent
• And now… I’m told it is cancelled. I’ll get a refund within 4 days and “if not {I} should contact my bank.”
